Description

On 11th July, 2018 Department of Statistics Organized Cytel Placement and Training Program seminar on “Career Opportunities in Pharmaceutical analytics” for the students and faculties of Computer Science and Statistics. We invited 308 students and faculties who are interested in the field of data analytics from prestigious institutions like Atmiya University, Department of Computer Science Saurashtra University, Virani Science College, Harivandana College, Sunshine College, R.P.Bhalodiya College, M.P.Shah College, Sarvoday College. M.J. Kundaliya English Medium College, Department of Statistics,Saurashtra University etc at Department of Statistics Saurashtra University Rajkot. It was conducted in two session (Morning 11:00AM to 1:00PM and Afternoon 2:00PM to 4:00PM ). In the seminar Mr. Peyush Rajput, Mr. Kirtikant Barmeda and Mr. krunal gave the information about their company, different training programs and their different modules. He gave information about work profile and which based on Stephan. Experts from Cytel company (Multi-National Company) shared their precious knowledge with all of us. They shared opportunities for the practical internship for SAS programming careers in clinical research in India as well as abroad. They gave the direction to the students in the field of data analytics and opportunities in data analytics. They give the technical brief about the emerging technologies like Data Science, Big Data, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Cloud Computing, Mobility, Artificial Intelligence and SAS-SPSS.
