Department of Statistics arrange the lecture of "The Citizenship Amendment Act - 2019" to aware students about that Act. Dr. G. C. Bhimani give all details about that Citizenship Amendment Act, how the Act effected the citizen of other country like Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan. That act is provision for the minority of this three country to give them Indian citizenship. Total 40 students, teaching and non-teaching staff are participates in this lecture.
